Black Belt Pro Fitness has been essential for both me and my 8 year old daughter. While she is learning patience, confidence and strength in Taekwondo, I can work on my own strength and confidence in the Taeboxing class! I am down in weight and inches and have kept it off by going to class three days a week. Best thing is, I LOVE GOING because the instructors are motivating and inspiring. I cant wait to see the milestones we reach next as we work on our GIRL POWER!

Our after-school programming is packed with activities that are healthy, fun and educational. It’s offered Monday-Friday, from 3:00-5:00 PM and is $150/week.
