FITNESS CLASSES

Be a member and choose from a variety of fitness classes offered at Black Belt. Memberships are month-to-month – no long-term contracts or commitments!

  • Basic Membership: Your choice of 3 fitness classes per week.
  • Unlimited Membership: As many classes as you want + access to our open fitness room.
  • Stand-alone classes: Sign up for personal training, sports performance or our Monday self-defense individually.

BOOTCAMP

This class utilizes cardio, muscle conditioning and other athletic drills to ensure a full-body workout.

TAEBOXING

A fun, stress-relieving way to workout while learning various punching & kicking techniques.

OPEN FITNESS ROOM

For unlimited members. Get access to work out at your own pace without instruction.

For Adults

Spend one-on-one time with an instructor. Customize your training how you want it to meet your fitness goals. More than just physical training, we offer comprehensive wellness packages too.

SPORTS PERFORMANCE

Ages 7+ | 2 or 3 days per week

Designed for youth athletes to develop speed, agility, strength, flexibility, injury prevention and conditioning through programs specific to their development.

SELF-DEFENSE

Ages 7+ | Mondays only

Sign up for our self-defense class every Monday. Designed for you and your kids to learn the art of keeping yourself safer with grappling, takedowns and striking.

FAMILY MEMBERSHIPS

Introducing your kids to healthy habits when their young is one of the best investments you can make for them. Get a family membership and create a new, healthy bonding experience. We offer simultaneous fitness classes for you and martial arts classes for your child.
