How do I know my class days?
See Mansfield class schedule here. A member services representative will reach out to help you schedule the month based on your availability and what your Kickstart Kit includes.
What do I wear?
Your kit will come with all or most of what you will need for class. The Martial arts kit includes the uniform required for our striking class, please wear the Dobok pants, belt and uniform t-shirt. For grappling, black joggers and the uniform t-shirt are acceptable. Acceptable wear for the fitness and self defense classes include modest athletic apparel and the logo t-shirt included in the kits.

What if I cannot make it within the set days?
The first week of class starts January 3rd. Certain exceptions may apply, please call the gym to talk with a member services representative. All classes included in the kit must be taken by February 15th, 2023.
Who are my instructors?
Our instructors include nationally-qualified trainers who are experts in Taekwondo, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Sports Performance Training and more! Learn more about us and meet some of our instructors here.
I’m unsure if my child or loved one will be interested — should I take the chance?
That’s exactly why we offer a money back guarantee until 12/30/2022. All items in the kit must be returned to initiate the refund. Kits are not transferable, must be used for the person specified on the form.
Does one have to have prior experience to take these classes?
Absolutely not! All experience levels are welcome in all classes we offer.
