We have martial arts class options for all ages levels. If you want to sign up more than 1 person, consider our family memberships. Sign up and pay month-to-month with no long-term commitment! Not ready to sign up? Take a free trial class.
Tiny Tots Classes
Ages 4-6. Get them moving, following instructions, interacting with others and building self-confidence!
Ages 7-11. Start to build strength & flexibility for growing muscles. Improve focus, self-control and respect.
Ages 12-14. Develop respect, self discipline and confidence. All huge benefits for this age group.
Ages 15-17. Train and watch the improvement in other areas like academics, relationships, even team sports.
Ages 18+. Challenge yourself and reap the physical and mental benefits. Choose Taekwondo or Karate / Judo / Jui Jitsu.
Family Memberships (4 or less
For families of 2, 3 or 4. Allows each individual to take any of our classes. Save by signing up as a family!
Family Memberships (more than 4)
For families of 4 or more. Allows each individual to take any of our classes. Save by signing up as a family!
All ages. Sign up for private lessons and spend valuable, one-on-one time with an instructor.
