Led by experienced certified coaches and trainers, Black Belt Pro Fitness guides athletes through a structured training program that is tailored to their individual needs and goals. With a focus on building strong, healthy bodies and minds, Black Belt Pro Fitness is the perfect program for teenage athletes looking to take their performance to the next level.

Schedule

We offer Sports Performance classes 5 days per week. Based on your membership, you have the option to select 3 or 5 days based on the following schedule.

  • Monday through Thursday 4pm to 4:45pm
  • Saturday 10am to 10:45am
